How By.Soulbloom handles information you send when requesting seasonal porch styling.
When you submit a request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, installation address, ZIP code, package and style preferences, requested date, notes, estimated project details, and porch photos that you choose to upload.
We use this information to review your space, recommend or price a package, confirm service availability, contact you about your request, schedule service, and provide customer support.
Photos submitted with a request are used to evaluate and plan your project. By.Soulbloom will not intentionally publish your submitted porch photos for marketing or social media without separate permission.
We may use service providers to host our website, process form submissions, manage advertising leads, and send business communications. Those providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide those services.
We keep request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide requested services, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational needs. We do not sell customer contact information.
